Today I learned how to manipulate the stacking order of a project in Adobe Illustrator & also fill in more than one object/shape at a time…
For this lesson I changed the color of each section of the four point star located under the aztec gods head, and the eight bars from a greyish green to stone violet, also located under the gods head.
Next filled in the lager eight point star with fills in the order of: Tan>Black>Greyish Blue>Stone Violet.
Next I Filled the outer most circles with fills in the order of: Grey Blue>Black>Card Tablr Green>Tan>Greyish Tan.
Than I selected all outer circle layers, right clicked, selected arrange, than selected “Move to Back.” to place them in the background with out having to group them together.
Next I brought the second largest four point star and brought it forward on top of the stone violet bars, selected the Tan & Grey Tan layers, and turned off there fill resulting in the finished image below…
For this independent Practice I had Originally made a five pointe star with six other stars inside with a color pattern of Black>Red>Black, but It didn’t load vary good do i end up deleting all but he last two outer most stars & starting over with a color pattern of: Black>Red>Black >Pink>Black>Red & then I decided to add a picture of Monokuma from DanganRonpa in there just for the porpoise of this practice.
Next I added two more stars in to the image.
Selected those two stars, right clicked, went to arrange.
Went to Send Backward, and than positioned the .png file of monokuma little father up.
and here is the Finished Product.
And heres a very “True” quote:
