Today Lynda.com was down for a short time so I worked a little on my current novel Illustration…
As you can see I’m slowly darkening up the lines, adding elements, and expanding onto amore realistic look…
When Lynda.com came back online, I then finished Chapter 3 of the Designing an illustrated book.
Chapter 3 of 7.
For this lesson I Used Adobe Bridge to use the PhotoShop Image Processor to change the Resolution of the images from extremely low to high resolution?
Heres the list I used to find out what images to use and witch ones to throw out.
Heres a page Pre-Edit design.
Heres a Post-Edit page design.
Here I had to fix the list that I had to edit, in order to fix the page brake…
Here I fixe line 08, but when line 08 was fixed it changed it starting join from page 18 to page 19.
Chapter 4 of 7.
Here is the cover designs that I crated by copying and pasting words onto separate text boxes and then lining them up.
Here I lined up the correct image, text boxes.
Here I added a green bar at the top for added effect.
Chapter 5 of 7.
For this chapter, I was meant to use illustrator, but the files required were not in the exercise Files folder for chapter 5.
Chapter 6 of 7
In this chapter, Technically is the final chapter because the on the chapter (Ch.7) just explains about Exporting and saving so it can be trasfered sense the cookbook is currently an unfinished work, and the author has yet to complete it.
